The data controller is SITEXPERT.be, established in Brussels, reachable at info@sitexpert.be for any question about your personal data.
Data you type into the contact form: name, email address, telephone number (optional), trade and city, and the content of your message.
Technical data collected automatically by the host: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and diagnostics.
Answering your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a quote: article 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Keeping the site secure and working properly: legitimate interest.
Complying with the applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Contact requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Contractual and accounting documents are kept for the applicable legal duration.
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is processed by technical providers acting as processors: site hosting and the email delivery service.
Where a processor is established outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Fonts are served from this domain. No request is made to Google Fonts or to any other provider, and your IP address never leaves the site.
No cookie is set. The site keeps two preferences in your browser local storage, the language and the light or dark theme, so it can restore them on your next visit. Those values stay on your device.
If you sign in to the client area, the authentication token is kept in the same place and disappears when you sign out.
